We have reached the old-married-couple stage in our relationship, now. Planning to go out to see each other around our mutually busy schedules has gone from five days (after a disastrous Monday, with next available day being Saturday) to just a half hour. Mealtimes are now spent reading the paper (you) and reading the dessert menu (me), peppered with only occasional conversation about topics that no longer involve ourselves. (No use talking about that either, since we seem to be updated about each other 24/7.) My house is the only place you can get to without using your GPS, and even then, mine is the first address programmed in (even before yours was), and your house is the only one I actually even know how to get to at all.
If I made habit of it, I'd have memorized your number, too. But then, I have once, and then you decided you could do well without a phone anyway.
And. We're not even together, in any conceivable way.
So what are we doing?
